I am a Woman supporting Women.
I am a Mother supporting Mothers.
I am a Community Gatherer, forming safe and sacred spaces to bring together Beautiful Beings.
Women are the creators and bringers of life. This season deserves reverence, slowness and nurturance. I’m here to hold space and gently remind you of these very things along your Motherhood journey.
Our babies deserve the very best versions of us. They choose us. They see us.
And so, Mothering brings us back into alignment. It sets us back on our True Course. It’s bumpy. It’s messy. It’s brilliant. It’s beautiful.
And it’s not meant to be done alone.

I’m 70’s music lover, op-shopping, beginner knitter, Generator by Human Design. I love walking on lush grass barefoot, healing with herbs, and spend an awful lot of time looking up, in awe of our glorious moon and her Cycles. I am constantly rearranging furniture and plants in my house to change the energy and once started, can talk about birth and spirituality until the cows come home.

Offerings
Intentional, tailored 1:1 pregnancy support and holistic birth preparation sessions.
Where, in a safe space, we lovingly welcome to the surface whatever needs to be addressed and acknowledged on the day, on your unique journey to Motherhood.
Topics may include but are absolutely not limited to;
– Centering and focusing on you as the only expert of your birth,
– Diving into self exploration and life experience as tools for birth and Motherhood,
– Embracing and alchemising your fears and releasing old beliefs,
– An in depth look at our incredible birthing blueprint,
– And a few tools and techniques you might like to take with you on your birthing day.
Available in person or via Zoom.
Energy Exchange for our time together $200.
Allow 2+ hours.
A gentle 1:1 session where you will be heard and held, without judgement, in the sharing of your birth story.
Sharing your story in a safe, loving container can help you create meaning, heal, rejoice in the highs and find the ‘lessons’ or magic that can support and guide you in your role as Mother.
Available in person or via Zoom.
Energy Exchange for our time together $75.
Allow 1.5 hours.
In those first few months after the birth of your baby, you are bonding, healing and transforming. You are meeting your new self.
This is an incredibly potent time that deserves to be celebrated and nurtured.
I am present to holistically support you and your family in any way that you feel you need during these months.
We will begin with a ‘Birth Revisiting’ session– where you will be heard and held, without judgement, in the sharing of your birth story. Sharing your story in a safe, loving container can help you create meaning, heal, rejoice in the highs and find the ‘lessons’ or magic that can help you mother your baby from a place of confidence and love.
No two sessions will look or feel the same, however, during our time together you can expect me to arrive at your door with a nourishing, home cooked meal, snacks and a tea to share. In my basket will be jars of herbs, handmade balms, infused oils and self care products, a belly binding wrap, and my foot soaking tub. Use our time together to catch up on sleep, shower or take that walk around the block in the sunshine, while I fold the washing, vacuum the floors and read books to your older children.
I can help you navigate getting out of the house, join you for appointments and point you in the direction of where you can find another layer of support within our lovely community. Or we can simply sit and chat with a hot cup of tea.
Energy Exchange for our time together $50/hour.
Minimum of 2 hours per session.
The Mother Blessing is inspired by the Navajo traditions of a ‘Blessingway,’ which has been used to honour the Rites of Passage in life, including the transition to Motherhood. The Mother Blessing brings together the Women dear to the Mother-to-be, to sit in Circle and celebrate and honour her. It allows love, encouragement and support to be offered, a safe space for her to share her feelings and to reminder her of her strength and wisdom as she embarks on a journey of a lifetime.
Energy Exchange for planning and facilitating begins at $100.
Similarly to the Mother Blessing, after the birth of your baby, a Closing Ceremony is a beautiful, grounding way to honour your body and your birth. Found across many, many cultures, this ceremony involves wrapping your body to physically, emotionally and spiritually bring you together. Birth is the most expansive experience across all dimensions, and this is a truly nourishing experience.
Energy Exchange begins at $100.
Baby Carriers – A range of different baby carriers, woven and stretch wraps and ring slings to hire to get a feel for what works for you and baby before investing in your own – $40 per week.
Library – Offering informative and inspirational books on conception, labour, birth, breastfeeding and parenting, available to borrow – $30 unlimited books.
Hire a TENS Machine – The Obi TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) Machine is one of the most effective labour TENS machines on the market, it is available to hire for comfort purposes during your labour – $60.
